Parts Advisor

Determine needs and accurately specify parts, create and modify purchase orders, and issue orders to vendors. Record warranty returns, create special orders on the dealership system, and notify technicians or clients upon receipt. Review special order tracking, process and close invoices, and verify quality and quantity against requisitions. Perform ongoing warehouse inventory, keep records of outside purchases and issued parts, and attend weekly department meetings. Requires high school diploma or GED.
