Job Summary
Parts Advisor at Lithia Ford of Missoula.Responsibilities include answering telephone and greeting customers and vendors, maintaining a clean counter and stockroom, coordinating parts with the Service Team, ordering parts from suppliers, receiving and storing parts, taking inventory and maintaining perpetual inventory records, processing payments or credit authorizations, and handling core returns, warranties, and parts returns. Qualifications emphasize prior parts advisor experience (preferred), understanding automotive components, dealership service experience a plus, any automotive certifications a plus, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Required Qualifications
- Previous parts advisor experience (preferred)
- Understand basic automotive components and systems
- Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
- Any automotive certifications is a plus

- Acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent
