Job Summary
Provide fast, accurate, customer-focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person; assist with parts inquiries, stock checks, and order processing following ITC/ICC standards; work closely with technicians to supply correct parts for repairs; receive, inspect, store, and track parts; maintain perpetual inventory; create accurate ADP invoices, process payments, and handle credits; manage core returns, warranty parts, and general returns; keep the counter and stockroom organized; requires attention to detail and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and invoicing
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Acceptable driving record + valid driver’s license
