Job Summary
Parts Advisor at Keyes European (Van Nuys, CA). Responsibilities include helping customers locate automotive parts, advising on parts options, utilizing catalog systems to identify correct components, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced dealership setting. Requires retail automotive parts experience, knowledge of parts and catalogs, good communication, basic computer skills, and a team-oriented approach. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Retail automotive parts experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and catalog systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
