Job Summary
Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers with identifying and sourcing automotive parts by accurately looking up items using manufacturer catalogs and DMS software. Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and core charges while maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts. Receive, stock, and organize parts deliveries, communicating order status and backorders clearly to support overall dealership operations. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with standards. Requires 3+ years of parts advising experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 annually with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Parts Advising experience in a dealership or retail parts store
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
