Parts Advisor

Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, identifying needs and recommending suitable parts while processing transactions accurately using the cash register and My Trailer Force. Answer inbound and outbound sales calls, prepare paperwork and invoices, and receive and inspect incoming parts shipments. Maintain organized inventory by updating stock levels, placing replenishment orders, conducting cycle counts, and monitoring buying habits to adjust minimum and maximum stock. Collaborate with the service department to identify parts for service jobs, coordinate timelines, and assist in scheduling. Address inquiries promptly, offer exceptional service, and assist customers in locating special or hard-to-find parts. Maintain general office and facility organization. Work Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed.
