Job Summary
Greet and assist customers at the parts counter while identifying needs and recommending suitable parts. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and My Trailer Force system, and prepare sales paperwork and invoices. Answer inbound and outbound calls, including follow-up sales efforts, and address inquiries promptly with detailed information. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, maintain organized inventory, and update stock levels based on customer buying habits. Place orders to replenish stock and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent shortages. Collaborate with the service department to identify parts for service jobs, coordinate timelines, and assist in scheduling. Maintain office and facility organization. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 3-5 years of commissioned sales experience. Must work Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work Monday – Saturday and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- May substitute three (3) years of commissioned sales experience
- 3-5 years commissioned sales experience preferred
