Parts Advisor | Back Counter

Back Counter Parts Advisor responsible for supplying technicians with the right parts at the right time, processing parts orders and warranty transactions in dealership software, maintaining inventory accuracy through stocking and cycle counts, and identifying parts across Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen catalogs. This role involves coordinating with service advisors and technicians to anticipate needs, monitoring lead times and back-orders, and building relationships with manufacturer representatives and suppliers to ensure smooth service workflows. A strong mechanical or technical background is welcomed, with preference for dealership parts experience; requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to navigate multiple parts systems and DMS platforms. Salary is $26.00-$30.00 per hour; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and training opportunities. The position is based in Anchorage, AK, working on-site in a multi-brand luxury automotive environment.
