Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and support workshop operations. Upsell parts and accessories to achieve revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline. Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business. Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams to ensure parts availability and timely updates. Monitor and manage parts orders, reservations, and stock to optimize inventory levels. Maintain accurate documentation and customer data in system tools. Support inventory control activities and ensure compliance with company standards. Role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, knowledge of EPC/SAP systems, and strong communication in English (Arabic a bonus).
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive parts or a similar role
- Strong customer service and sales skills in automotive environment
- Good understanding of automotive parts and aftersales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/EPC knowledge preferred
- English fluency; basic Arabic an advantage
