Job Summary
Parts Administrator & Service Department Associate at ALT Sales Corp. Responsible for purchasing stock, receiving and counting inventory, verifying counts against records, organizing storage, maintaining safety-compliant work areas, and preparing records and reports related to inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, and expenditures. Also issues or distributes materials based on work orders or requisitions and supports general office duties in a full-time role with benefits and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with NexGen maintenance software is a plus. Location: Richfield, OH (on-site). Responsibilities emphasize stock control, data entry, and coordination with customers and coworkers; overtime may be required. Required Qualifications
- Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
- Able to sit for long periods
- Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; NexGen maintenance software is a plus
