Job Summary

Parts Administrator to support customers with parts requests, finalize order details, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include communicating with customers about parts requests, order details and pricing, entering and tracking orders in internal systems, coordinating with internal teams to resolve questions and keep orders moving, following up on open orders and status updates, providing administrative support to the parts department, routing technical questions to appropriate resources, and maintaining organized customer/order/parts records. The role emphasizes order accuracy, customer support, and parts administration with some overlap into inside sales rather than prospecting or account growth. Strong attention to detail and comfort with computers and business software are beneficial, as is the ability to learn product terminology and manage multiple items simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, order entry, administrative support, inside sales support, parts, or related experience
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, databases, and business software
  • Able to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple open items at once
