Parts Administrator

Inventory, stock, and issue parts and supplies while purchasing from approved vendors. Log parts into the inventory system, manage pricing and numbers to reduce downtime, and monitor delivery receipts against received items. Receiving and distributing parts to mechanics, control stock by relieving bulk parts, and return obsolete or overstocked items. Generate work orders from requests, ensure timely closure, and file cGMP documents. Process purchase order requisitions with negotiated vendor quotes and coordinate timely deliveries, back orders, and rejected items.
