Job Summary
Check in parts returns from delivery drivers, inspect items to verify accuracy and condition, and process approved returns back into inventory or to the manufacturer. Confirm correct return credits to customers and maintain organized records of all processed returns. Follow safety policies to ensure a secure work environment. This full-time role includes Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM hours with no nights or weekends. Training is provided for inventory management and occasional pallet jack use.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inventory and customer credit records
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts, returns, or warehouse operations
