Job Summary
Partnerships Success Manager responsible for being the primary liaison with partners, leading ongoing collaboration, and driving solutions to meet business, operational, and technical objectives. Build and maintain credible relationships with partners, identify up-sell opportunities, establish and monitor key account metrics, and manage end-to-end programs across external and internal stakeholders. Lead up-sell initiatives, develop long-term account plans, conduct QBRs, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable outcomes for Product, R&D, and Business/Legal teams. Maintain project visibility through documentation, and drive partner performance optimization using data-driven insights from tools like Looker and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelore28099s degree
- 3-7 years of experience in Enterprise level US companies
- outbound relations - account management or customer success
- English mother tongue level
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
- Experience with technical implementation projects
- Bachelore28099s degree or higher preferred
