Job Summary
Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager responsible for translating partnership strategy into operating plans, developing business cases, and driving day-to-day JV and multi-region partnership operations. Leads cross-functional coordination across product, finance, legal, content, and regional teams; designs frameworks, templates, and playbooks; tracks initiatives, and prepares executive-ready materials with clear recommendations, risks, and tradeoffs. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5-7 years in strategy/operations or related fields. The role includes ownership of the day-to-day operating model for joint ventures and driving alignment in a matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or a related field
- Familiarity with partnerships, business development, or joint venture environments
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear narratives for senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems
- High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
