Partnerships Program Manager

Manage and grow PSA’s grading partner relationships as a Partnerships Program Manager, owning the health, satisfaction, and growth of each partnership. Lead day-to-day cross-functional execution with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Care, Accounting, Tech) to launch programs and support ongoing initiatives; identify risks, drive data-driven improvements, and build scalable systems for program tracking. Communicate goals and results to executives, monitor key metrics, and synthesize partner feedback to inform decisions. Expect to travel up to 10% and balance in-person, hybrid, and remote work while collaborating with partners globally. 5+ years of partnerships/program management experience, strong cross-functional operations ability, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills are a must.
