Job Summary
Manage production requirements for photo shoots projects, overseeing the end-to-end workflow from proposal to final delivery. Handle all pre-production needs, including sourcing suppliers, coordinating travel, and managing permissions, while acting as the main point of contact between clients, photographers, and the post-production team. Coordinate shoot and licensing timelines, maintain project budgets using Excel, and process invoices through Spendesk to ensure accurate billing and payment tracking. Keep an accurate record of pitches and assignments in Airtable, manage departmental accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate the Partnerships marketing tools and digital content updates. Ensure smooth archiving of documents and correct captioning on the image storage system.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in photo production and managing projects with multiple deliverables
- Experience with process analysis and improvement
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with internal (up, across and down) and external stakeholders
- Proficient across Airtable
- Proficient across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets etc)
- Proficient across Slack
- Spendesk experience
- Native-level French (C2)
- Fluent English
- Full time position 09:30 am to 18:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Long-term contract (CDI)
- Office-based - Paris, 2 impasse Delaunay 75011 Paris France
