Job Summary
Track enrollment, onboarding, and placement documentation for Maryland Corps/Service Year members while coordinating communications and representing the team with Host Site Partners. Maintain accurate partner contact information, relationship maps, and resource documentation, organizing referral pathways and follow-through on partner commitments. Coordinate logistics for recurring events like the biannual partnership brunch and support career pathway programs including YouthWorks enrollment and exposure sessions such as career expos and job shadow days. Compile participation and partnership data to support team reporting. Commit to full-time service (30-40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday) for the 9-10 month term.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized
- comfortable with detail-oriented documentation and data-entry work
- Proactive problem solver
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and project management tools like Asana
- Interest in learning to use different tech tools for organizing lots of information
- Interest in coaching other Thread members through barriers
- Interest in workforce development, community partnerships, or program coordination
- Comfort supporting event logistics and communicating with external partners
- Maryland resident
- age 18+
- meets MC/SYO eligibility requirements
- Service Year Option track: ages 18-24 with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maryland Corps track: any eligible adult 18+
- Able to commit to full-time service (30-40 hrs/week, generally Monday-Friday during business hours) for the full 9-10 month term
- required MC/SYO professional development training
