Job Summary
Partnerships Marketing Manager responsible for building and maintaining a partnerships marketing system to support NHS ICB relationships, GP referral pathways, and CYP education ecosystems. Create audience-specific outreach packs, value propositions, messaging frameworks, proof packs, case studies, and event programmes; ensure materials are evidence-backed, governance-compliant, and ready for partner engagement. Own development and refresh of partnership proof points (outcomes data, NPS, Trustpilot, waiting times, capacity, governance metrics) and manage an events programme with pre/post follow-up assets. Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team (BD) and Marketing leadership (CMO/Head of Marketing), maintain version-controlled libraries, templates, and a clear claims discipline. Deliver cross-functional support for bid/tender work as needed and ensure materials are credible, brand-aligned, and approvals-driven (CMO and relevant teams). Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, practical evidence-based marketing, and a growth-mindset culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B/B2G marketing, partnerships marketing, or stakeholder marketing—ideally in healthcare, public sector, education or other high-trust environments
- Experience collaborating with BD teams and ensuring smooth workflows between Marketing and BD
- Exceptional event and event marketing experience with strong logistics and project management skills
- Excellent writing and messaging skills (decks, one-pagers, emails, case studies)
- Ability to build enablement systems (templates, libraries, version control, definition of ready)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Practical understanding of evidence-based marketing and proof-point governance
- Comfort with modern collaboration tools and structured workflows (e.g., Slack, ClickUp)
