Job Summary

Partnerships Manager to drive partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and growth across assigned territories in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Responsible for building and managing relationships with financial intermediaries such as Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and other strategic partners. Key duties include onboarding new distribution partners, conducting product training, providing sales enablement materials, and managing the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to retention. Must develop and maintain long-term partner relationships, conduct regular in-person meetings and co-branded events, and track partner performance metrics to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Strong emphasis on B2B relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to identify new partnership opportunities, support go-to-market strategies, and represent the organization at industry events.

Required Qualifications

  • Min 2+ years experience in Partnerships/Business Development/Channel Sales/Relationship Management
  • Strong B2B relationship management skills
  • Understanding of financial services distribution channels (MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, CAs)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and drive revenue growth
