Job Summary
Partnerships Manager responsible for building and managing the US/UK partner motion for lemlist and Claap. You will hunt for RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, and IT service firms; onboard, certify, and enable partners with the tools, training, and co-selling support needed to close deals; grow the partner pipeline and ARR; and document repeatable enablement workflows while collaborating with Sales, CS, Growth, and the VP Partnerships. You’ll own the playbook for the US/UK territories, drive multi-geo partnerships from inception to scale, and craft the enablement materials (pitch decks, trainings, and co-selling guides) to empower partners and surfaces insights to inform product and pricing. Bonus: experience with SalesTech/CRM ecosystems and multi-geo experience; fluency in English with French a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Channel, Partnerships, or SaaS Sales with a track record of building pipeline from scratch
- You've recruited and activated partners before
- Strong enablement instincts: you can build a pitch deck, run a training session, and write a co-selling guide
- Outbound-native: comfortable prospecting into RevOps/CRM integrator firms with no inbound help on Day 1
- CRM-fluent and data-driven: you track attribution, pipeline by partner, NRR
- Native or near-native English (you'll be building relationships in the US and UK). French is a plus
