Job Summary
Partnerships Manager for a Texas political campaign focused on building relationships with high-profile cultural figures to support the movement. Responsibilities include recruiting and maintaining relationships with talent representatives and managers, developing and executing an engagement calendar for key moments through Election Day, monitoring outreach across multiple channels, and maintaining organized records of outreach, commitments, and deliverables. Requires at least 2 years in political campaigns or talent relations, strong communications skills, ability to tailor opportunities to partners, and willingness to travel including evenings and weekends. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Location: Austin, Texas; salary $7,000 per month; travel statewide.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in political campaigns, talent relations, or a related field
- Experience working with high-profile individuals — including by developing memos, storyboards, and messaging guidance for their engagements
- Demonstrated strength in communications and an ability to identify relevant voices for tailored content opportunities around key moments
- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends
