Job Summary
Partnerships Manager at Spocket responsible for developing and managing partnerships with affiliates and influencers to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. Key duties include crafting full-funnel affiliate and influencer programs, identifying new partners, nurturing top partners, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, negotiating partnerships, providing actionable insights from campaign data, and aligning campaigns with overarching marketing strategies. Requires 4+ years of SAAS affiliate/influencer marketing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, Impact Radius, and Share-a-Sale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of proven experience in managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs in the SAAS industry
- Proficient in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms like PartnerStack, Impact Radius, Share-a-sale etc
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed decisions
- Experience with MS Excel /Google Sheets is a must
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
