Job Summary
Manage and develop long-term partner relationships to drive sustainable growth for affiliate partners by acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication and coordinating across internal teams. Deliver against KPIs, growth targets, and key strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless partner enablement and execution. Monitor and analyze market conditions, conducting competitor and technological landscape analysis to prioritize market segment opportunities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans to support execution at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record, with 5-10 years of work experience in account management, project management
- Prior experience navigating complex sales cycle end-to-end, including RFPs, government-funded processes, through to contract negotiations and closing
- Proven success in building & maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Native-Level Mandarin and Strong English Communication and Presentation Skills, Enabling Effective Alignment Across Partners and Internal Stakeholders
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
- Strong organizational abilities, comfortable making prioritization decisions, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Team player with a professional 'get it done' attitude and work ethic
- Strong data management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with a multi-cultural group of professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

- Experience in the travel and/or e-commerce industry preferred
