Partnerships Manager LATAM

Job Summary
Partnerships Manager LATAM to lead Feedzai's regional partner ecosystem focused on GSIs, OEMs, acquirers, payment processors, hyperscalers, and ISVs. Develop and execute a LATAM partner strategy, drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue, recruit and enable partners, build executive-level relationships, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. Responsibilities include strategic leadership and partner development, revenue and growth execution, and operational governance with KPIs and BI/PRM tools. Requires 5+ years in software partner management or business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel globally, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred). Education includes a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus, or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies
- Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology
- Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry
- Willingness to travel globally as needed
- Fluent in English
- Spanish language skills preferred
