Job Summary
Outside-facing Partnerships Manager role to bridge the agency and technology ecosystem; drive business development, manage partner relationships, and integrate partner solutions into the agency’s offerings. Lead pipeline development, evaluate and onboard partners aligned with client needs, and enable internal teams with partner product knowledge. Collaborate with client-facing teams to address client needs with tailored tech solutions and monitor partnership performance to optimize value for the agency and its clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years in partnership management or business development, specifically within digital commerce, technology, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce space, including Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Recharge, and relevant supporting technologies.
- Proficient in HubSpot tracking and Crossbeam.
- Experience driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
