Job Summary

Partnerships Manager to own the partner lifecycle from first touch to active revenue contribution in a remote-first environment. Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and prioritizing ecommerce/fintech ecosystem partners, negotiating commercial terms and joint go-to-market plans, onboarding and enabling partnerships, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build repeatable partner workflows, track KPIs, manage data in Salesforce, and deliver high-impact, scalable partner programs. The role requires a high-agency operator mindset, strong negotiation and operational discipline, and the ability to manage remote workflows end-to-end to achieve revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel alliances, or strategic business development within e-commerce or fintech
  • Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and operating partnerships end-to-end
  • Direct, intentional communication skills with experience managing remote workflows out in the open
  • Analytical discipline with experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline data
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with preference for small-team environments where you manage your own output
