Job Summary
Build and maintain robust, high-level relationships with state-level stakeholders, including community leaders, suppliers, health system administrators, and implementing partners, to drive integration and ensure the continued impact of Zipline's operations in Bayelsa. Partner with Program Management and Operations staff to support account growth strategies, new use case implementations, and the execution of social responsibility initiatives like blood drives and community health services. Grow awareness of Zipline's service among existing and potential partners by planning community events, hosting distribution center tours, and leading STEM trainings. Facilitate alignment between Zipline, government stakeholders, and key partners to ensure service continuity and scalable growth, while generating and coordinating monthly and quarterly performance reports. Use data and storytelling to communicate impact and build lasting relationships rooted in trust. Travel approximately 40% of the time to support these engagements across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel ~40%
- Experience in Sales, Market access, Key Account Management, partnerships, or other types of client-facing roles
- Strong Sales and Partnership experience managing complex products
- Experience collaborating with NGOs, Donor Agencies, Implementation Partners, government agencies or county-level stakeholders
- Strong Project & Program Management, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-orientation with ability to coherently manage scopes of work
- Collaborative approach that includes working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Grit, resourcefulness, and resilience to thrive in novel, uncertain and constantly-changing business and regulatory environments
