Job Summary
Partnerships & Loyalty Executive responsible for delivering member rewards, benefits and partner offers across Hearst UK's membership brands. Manage the end-to-end rewards calendar, source and negotiate partner offers, ensure offers are launched on time with accurate terms, and promote rewards through member communications. Serve as the main point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders to drive member engagement, retention and commercial value. Tasks include setting up offers through the rewards platform, coordinating campaigns with editorial and external partners, maintaining content and terms, supporting prize fulfilment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Requires collaboration with Membership Directors and customer teams, attendance at member events (including evenings and weekends), and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering engaging member experiences.
Required Qualifications
