Job Summary
Conduct primary and secondary research across healthcare, agriculture, education, financial inclusion, and AI/ML to support internal strategic initiatives. Develop knowledge assets like landscape reports, white papers, and briefing materials while maintaining partner and donor databases to ensure data quality. Assist in identifying emerging opportunities for AI social impact and provide research and coordination support for grant proposals and fundraising materials. Track deliverables, timelines, and action items for the Partnerships and Fundraising team while collaborating with internal groups to synthesize insights. Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate/post-graduate degree with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for field deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can work with multiple stakeholders, extend support in chasing and overachieving targets
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate/post-graduate degree
- Strong interest in field-based program implementation, public systems, and technology-enabled interventions
- Basic exposure to data collection, desk and field research, pilots, or implementation support through coursework, internships, or projects
- Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Willingness to travel, adapt to evolving project needs, and provide hands-on support during field deployments and pilots
