Job Summary
Partnerships & Influencer Manager for KontrolFreek NA: build and nurture KontrolFreek’s North American community by engaging influencers, content creators, and affiliates, growing FreekNation, and aligning creator activity with GTM plans. Define community beats (UGC prompts, spotlights, events), recruit high-potential affiliates/creators, manage relationships for multi-month partnerships, coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver creator-first content and campaigns (e.g., Heist, Fortnite, EA FC/MLB, holiday launches), and drive measurable results through regular reporting. Lead cross-channel collaboration with the Social & Marketing teams, maintain a creator/affiliate pipeline, and act as a visible trusted partner for NA players and creators. A background in gaming/esports communities, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive, human presence are essential to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience managing online communities and/or creator/affiliate programs
- strong understanding of gaming culture, creators, and how communities behave
- experience building and managing affiliate or creator programs
- experience working directly with creators, streamers, or esports personalities
- excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organized and able to juggle multiple community threads, campaigns, and relationships
