Job Summary

Senior Partnerships GTM Program Lead responsible for designing and owning co-sell and co-marketing infrastructure, including repeatable plays, partner qualification, and the Salesforce pipeline. Own the tech stack architecture (Crossbeam, Suger, Salesforce, PartnerStack, Sana) and partner enablement, plus dashboards and AI-driven workflows to surface actionable insights. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure integrated, scalable programs and data hygiene. Lead AI-driven initiatives for co-sell scoring, content production, reporting automation, and partner onboarding, aligning with Global Director, Professional Services and RevOps. A senior IC who can define processes and playbooks that scalable partner teams will execute against, working with Partnerships Directors and Solution Partner Sales Managers to drive growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building partner programs (plays, frameworks, and operational infrastructure)
  • Experience with global partner programs including North American exposure
  • Hands-on platform configuration across Crossbeam (account mapping), Suger (co-sell automation), Salesforce, and PartnerStack or comparable tools
  • Ideally demonstrable AI practice: documented workflows, tools, or automations adopted by teams
  • Experience across technology partnerships and channel partnerships (ISVs, SIs, Resellers)
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Strong documentation discipline for reproducible processes and Playbooks
  • Comfort operating as a senior IC, owning a complex program portfolio without a team
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders up to executive level
  • Strong understanding of MarTech, AdTech, and data analytics ecosystem relevant to Supermetrics
