Job Summary
Develop and optimize local marketing channels by proactively identifying and pitching partnership opportunities to custom cabinet makers, luxury builders, realtors, and remodelers. Formally onboard trade partners into the referral network by executing partnership agreements and coordinating the delivery of high-end marketing materials. Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted networking events, promotions, pop-ups, and community outreach with local home service partners and Chambers of Commerce. Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown, while generating high-intent leads and converting interactions into qualified design consultations. Work as an autonomous 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling, utilizing reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for event setup.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- A proven ability to execute events and marketing initiatives from concept to completion while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- A self-starter with the ability to follow through with minimal direction and proactively solve problems
- Must have reliable transportation to and from event locations
- The ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds for event setup and breakdown
