Job Summary
Partnerships Director responsible for driving revenue and assets under management through strategic, long-term advisory-partner relationships with independent firms to national networks. You’ll develop regional strategies, lead engagement with senior clients, shape propositions for evolving client needs, and collaborate across Asset Management, Marketing and Product to deliver integrated solutions. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, influencing senior stakeholders, product/market insight, and mentoring a Sales Executive, with focus on delivering growth, managing a portfolio, and strengthening RJWM’s market position in wealth management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic business development within financial services
- Strong track record of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Discretionary Fund Management products
- Leadership qualities to support cross-functional initiatives
