Job Summary
Live Nation Ireland is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator for its Marketing Partnerships team. The role combines account management with operational coordination to support brand partners, prepare proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate activations and travel for events. Ideal for organized professionals with 2+ years in brand marketing or partnerships who are proactive, numerate, and capable of traveling for events.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create and share presentations with key decision makers
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Ability to review, streamline, and implement administration processes
- Excellent travel coordination skills (flights, visas, transfers, accommodation)
- Ability to build relationships with clients and partners at all levels
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at events when required
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing and/or partnerships (brand side, agency, or rights holder) strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience coordinating travel and logistics for events (flights, visas, transfers, accommodation)
- Experience contributing to pitches and proposals for partners
- Familiarity with Live Nation or live entertainment industry is a plus
- Strong data analysis and financial reporting capabilities

- Willingness to travel internationally for events
