Job Summary
Partnerships Coordinator responsible for supporting partners and coordinating solutions related to replacement vehicle requests. Act as the first point of contact for partner enquiries, coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections and transfers with customers, dealerships, Compass branches and internal teams, provide booking-status updates and vehicle availability, monitor bookings, and escalate issues as needed. Requires strong customer service, relationship management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; proficient computer skills and quick learner of new systems.
