Job Summary
Manage relationships with corporate, community, and performance partners while executing partnership activation plans that include coordinating in-game promotions, managing sponsor signage, and overseeing digital and community events. Lead outbound prospecting for new sponsorship opportunities and assist in partner needs by traveling to the stadium for shipments, attending content shoots, and meeting stakeholders. Organize and execute events, promotions, and partner content shoots, ensuring alignment with partner expectations and team goals. Maintain records, prepare reports, and track deliverables while collaborating with marketing, ticketing, sporting, and game operations teams to integrate partnership elements into team activities. Support sponsor renewals by analyzing past performance and maintaining strong stakeholder connections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extremely customer focused (with both internal and external clients)
- Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to be in the office 3 days a week and attend all home matches and community events (including weekends)
- Ability to travel to the stadium when needed during the week
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Proactive and out of the box thinking
