Job Summary
Partnerships & Pipeline: Build and grow a strong partner pipeline by identifying key stakeholders across sales and delivery teams, and drive onboarding onto the Cutover platform. Revenue Generation: Progress opportunities through the pipeline with clear next steps and delivery against revenue targets. Strategic Initiatives: Launch pilot projects and test new value propositions beyond traditional partner channels. Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead high-impact projects with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to bring new go-to-market ideas to life. Enablement & Training: Scale partner enablement through training and self-serve resources, including a train-the-trainer approach and automation of enablement via self-serve portals. Collaboration & Growth: Work with senior leadership to run campaigns that raise awareness across the ecosystem. Operations: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and partner systems with clear reporting and alignment across the business.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, partner development, or a customer-facing role within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., at an AWS consulting partner or AWS ProServe)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships/business development within cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong relationship management with enterprise customers
- Salesforce familiarity
- SaaS product experience
- Go-to-market strategy and enablement experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Train-the-trainer and enablement program development
