Job Summary

Partnerships & Business Development Lead to identify, approach, and secure high-value brand partnerships across TVSN's broadcast and digital platforms. Build strategic commercial relationships with brands, agencies, tourism operators, automotive companies, retailers, and lifestyle businesses to leverage content, storytelling, and integrated media exposure that drives sales and brand engagement. Focus on developing innovative partnership and commerce opportunities that integrate products, sponsorships, and experiences directly into programming, digital content, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives. Requires entrepreneurial, relationship-building skills to generate revenue from scratch; proven experience in B2B partnerships, media sales or 360-degree account leadership with a history of surpassing commercial targets; strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and ability to monitor trends and competitor activity; background in television, broadcast, digital publishing, commerce or entertainment; capability to craft integrated marketing and sponsorship solutions beyond traditional ad spots; proactive self-starter with comfort in cold outreach; desirable: experience in TV infomercial sales.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B partnerships, business development, media sales or 360-degree account executive roles with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build senior-level relationships and create commercial ideas from scratch
  • Deep understanding of Australian media landscape and evolving trends in media, retail, sponsorship and consumer trends
  • Experience in television, broadcast, digital publishing, commerce or entertainment environments
  • Ability to build tailored, integrated marketing and sponsorship solutions beyond standard ad spots
  • Comfort with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
  • Desirable: past experience in TV infomercial sales
