Job Summary
On-site training and clinical education of hospital staff across North America to drive adoption of Able Innovations' powered transfer technology. Serve as the boots-on-the-ground clinical educator during launches and implementation, lead hands-on sessions for nurses, porters, techs, and other staff, provide go-live support, translate technical features into clear clinical benefits, monitor adoption on the floor, and report feedback to headquarters. Requires healthcare clinician background (RN/RPN/LPN/PSW/OT/PT or similar), 2+ years hospital experience, French fluency, comfort with learning new hardware/software, and willingness to travel 50-75% across Canada and the USA; valid G/G2 license for cross-border travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred
- Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus
- Must be conversationally fluent in French
- Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues
- Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US)
