Job Summary
Coordinate impactful school engagement initiatives, including campus visits, workshops, forums, and student enrichment activities. Support strategic partnerships with key schools such as the Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology (QASMT) and Brisbane South State Secondary College (BSSSC). Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and operational processes to ensure successful delivery of engagement programs across Faculties, Institutes, and central teams. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance student pathways and equity, access, and participation objectives. Work within the School Relationships team to inspire future student pathways and strengthen university-school connections.
Required Qualifications
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience coordinating programs, events, engagement initiatives or partnership activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing communications and stakeholder materials for diverse audiences
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other digital systems
