Job Summary
Partnerships Account Manager to manage and grow strategic partner accounts, drive channel performance, and identify commercial opportunities. Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Operations, Engineering and Finance to scale partner channels, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely invoicing and onboarding of new partnerships. The role requires relationship-building with key partners, strong commercial acumen, and adherence to FCA Code of Conduct within a regulated financial services environment. Hybrid London office-based with at least two days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Partnerships Experience: At least 2 years in a partnerships account management role
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of key commercial metrics, including revenue, customer value, acquisition costs, and commission structures
- Relationship Building: Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Organisation & Prioritisation: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Presentation & Reporting Skills: Experience creating and delivering insightful performance presentations to a range of stakeholders
- Location & Working Pattern: London-based and able to work from the office at least two days per week
