Job Summary
Lead the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services, managing a portfolio of clients including OMBs and HNWIs. Oversee project budgets and workflow while providing technical support on profit allocation, partner succession, and restructuring matters. Collaborate with Partners on complex compliance projects and ensure adherence to HMRC regulations and professional institute guidelines. Manage the tax team and mentor staff to support the firm's growing partnership tax offering. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Required Qualifications
- CTA qualified
- 3 years' post qualification experience
- Strong technical expertise in tax
- Experience mentoring and supervising staff
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
