Job Summary
Partnership Strategy & Integration Manager responsible for executing a data- and impact-driven external partnership program. Lead market and partner sourcing, develop business cases and deal structures, own contracting and workflow management, and drive ecosystem integration from scoping through launch. Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, Product, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Client Success to model scenarios, optimize total cost of care impact, and enable scalable partner-led growth. Define end-to-end integration processes, coordinate with Engineering for alignment on timelines and requirements, and produce GTM materials to clearly articulate partner value. Expect a senior, collaborative role with a focus on cross-functional execution, relationship management with external partners, and ongoing measurement of KPIs and outcomes. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 6–8+ years in healthcare partnerships/strategy, with strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, strategy, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution
- Strong analytical abilities with experience building business cases, ROI models, and performance dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with track record of executive-ready materials
