Job Summary
Partnership & Strategic Initiatives Lead responsible for developing, coordinating, and strengthening strategic partnerships, serving as liaison for coalitions and partner organizations, coordinating activities and meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, tracking progress and engagement, and supporting grant, contract, and program reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or related areas. Strong communication, project management, and facilitation skills with experience across government, community organizations, and multi-sector partnerships. Proficiency with Office software and collaboration platforms; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliverables while engaging diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, communications, political science, education, social sciences, or related fields; minimum of five (5) years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, program management, community relations, or related areas
- Experience working with government agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, or multi-sector partnerships
- Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presentations
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with demonstrated success coordinating multiple initiatives
- Experience with transportation, safety, public health, workforce development, education, nonprofit, or public-sector initiatives
- Knowledge of grant-funded programs and partnership-based initiatives
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies and collaborative frameworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday.com or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; focus on delivering results; willingness to work nonstandard hours when necessary
