Job Summary
Manage renewals, new business opportunities, and expansion efforts while driving inbound and outbound sales through customer meetings and lead management. Present product solutions to diverse segments, develop segmented sales plans leveraging automation, and identify trends in inquiries to refine messaging. Utilize CRM tools to track activities, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with support, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experiences. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in EdTech sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Remote position with 3–4 annual travel days for off-site meetings.
