Job Summary
Partnership Specialist (Payment Gateway) responsible for identifying and developing relationships with payment gateways, PSPs, and partners; negotiating partnership/commercial models; researching payment models and market trends; collaborating with Product, Operations, Finance, and Tech during gateway onboarding; monitoring partnership performance and preparing proposals and strategic recommendations. Requires minimum 2 years in Business Development/Partnership/Fintech/payments, strong English, and ability to work independently and across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Fintech/Payment-related roles
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of payment gateways, PSPs, or the fintech ecosystem
- Strong business mindset and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills in English
