Job Summary
Manage client contract fulfillment and cultivate positive relationships with sponsors and partners at partnered high schools and universities. Execute corporate promotions, coordinate pre-game and in-game events with athletics departments, and lead special event planning. Process invoices, maintain CRM data for reporting, and support the incremental sponsorship revenue push to exceed team goals. Travel for client presentations and be available for game day Saturdays and evening athletic events. Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in sport sponsorship or entertainment fields
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint
- Demonstrated professional sales presentation skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk up stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for game day Saturdays, evening athletic events and coach's shows
- Availability to travel for client presentations
- Availability for hours and duties in correlation to the client fulfillment responsibilities of Playfly Sports Properties
