Job Summary
Partnership Sales Lead responsible for building, managing, and closing a high-quality pipeline of brand partnerships across Voldex’s Roblox-focused games, including Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football. You’ll generate leads through conferences, referrals, outbound outreach, and warm introductions; qualify and prioritize opportunities; establish relationships with senior marketing stakeholders at consumer brands and with agency teams; close revenue directly with brands and through marketing agencies; ensure involvement in relevant RFP conversations; collaborate with Brand Partnerships to develop proposals and go-to-market packages; provide ongoing pipeline updates; and leverage market insights to shape Voldex’s partnership offerings and positioning. The role emphasizes high-visibility ownership, relationship-building with top brands and agencies, and driving revenue growth in gaming activations and advertising integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital/gaming media sales experience
- 2+ years of experience selling gaming advertising integrations into UGC gaming platforms (Roblox preferred)
- Established relationships with media/marketing agencies that manage gaming marketing budgets
- Track record of generating pipeline and closing six- and seven-figure advertising/integration deals
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior marketers and agency planners
