Job Summary
As a Partnership Sales Executive at Web Summit, you will develop and own business development plans to meet revenue targets, identify and prospect leading companies, and form relationships with executives and professionals in the tech industry. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, collaborating with the VP of Sales on go-to-market strategies, and contributing to global expansion strategies. The role requires direct B2B sales experience, a minimum of 3 years in a high growth environment, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Direct B2B sales experience in relevant industries, ideally with tech or events.
- A minimum of 3 or more years of proven success working within a high growth or scale-up environment.
- Current high performer with consistent achievement against targets and KPIs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a complex sales environment with multiple channels, partnerships and stakeholders.
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management, using Salesforce or Hubspot as a CRM.
- A genuine interest in technology and a growth mindset.
